Customers are responsible for shipping the console to us. Return shipping will be calculated at checkout.

At Fairy Bottle Productions, preserving your console is our highest priority. We take our time during every installation and never force components apart unnecessarily.

If an unexpected issue does occur during the installation process, we will immediately document the damage, notify you, and discuss the available options before proceeding. Depending on the situation, this may include repairing the affected part when practical, replacing it with a suitable donor component (if available), or working with you to determine the best path forward.
